The remix e.p. takes on four personally chosen tracks from James Burnham’s debut album by London based artist Rootzu . Here we find an interesting insight into First Green to Gold, bringing different flavors into the mix. James & Rootzu have worked collaboratively together for some time now on various projects under different names. Rootzu’s production style was the perfect sound to compliment the album work bringing in new sounds, weaving new parts from the fugal arrangements, pieced together to form a beautifully crafted, dubbed out sound which seems to complete and totally compliment its origin.
This remix e.p. takes on new elements from the tracks, using audio that you will not have heard in its parent album. Clearly produced with the markings of Rootzu’s unique dub sound.
